Why should I choose Bridgford bootcamp?

 

I will help you achieve your own personal goals through a friendly but challenging programme. Also it is a great way to meet friends and have fun. bridgfordbootcamp is unique because it is the first boot camp in Nottingham to integrate metafit (bodyweight training) into the programme.

 

Will Bridgford bootcamp suit me?

 

bridgfordbootcamp is tailored for each individual, suitable for all ages, body types and fitness levels. Participants will be motivated to perform to their own optimum level so don’t worry about your capability. The aim is to get you training in the great outdoors in a small group using exercises that give you actual results. If you are not feeling particularly motivated at the moment this could be the jump start to a new you. Perhaps you want to look great for a holiday, wedding or special occasion. Maybe you want to lose weight and tone up. Boot camp will boost your self confidence so you feel and look better inside and out. Enjoyment is the key to your success!

 

What will the programme involve?

 

Every session will involve a warm up, partner assisted exercises, use of a variety of equipment such as kettlebells, bodyweight exercises, cool down and stretching . The exercises will have a variety of levels and intensity so you have the ability to work to your own level whether you are deconditioned or very physically fit. Health, nutrition and support: You will receive your own nutrition manual to accompany the programme, containing nutritional advice for a healthy, balanced diet. This will help regulate blood sugar levels.  A combination of healthy diet and exercise gives the best results.

What is metafit?

 

Metafit is a bodyweight training programme that tones
the muscles, boosts the metabolism and burns the fat. The effects last for 24 hours.

 

How long does each session last?

 

Each session lasts 45 minutes. Make sure you arrive a few minutes before so you are ready for the warm up and we don’t have to hang around.

 

What do I need to bring with me?

 

You will need plenty of water to rehydrate and possibly a towel to wipe yourself down. The less you bring the better as the boot camp trainer will not be responsible for any loss or damage of valuables; so if you are not sure leave them safe and sound at home. Make sure you wear suitable clothing. During cold/wet weather wearing jogging bottoms, fleece, hat and gloves are recommended appropriate. It is better to wear lots of thin layers than one thick one. During warm weather t-shirts and shorts or tracksuit bottoms would be more practical. Sensible, comfortable trainers are essential for all weather conditions.

a car park?

 

Changing facilities and a car park  are available at West Bridgford Tennis Club.
